Change Any Part of Your Profile

To replace your existing Password, change your e-mail address, update your Secret Question and Answer, or change your Personal Message, simply enter the new information below and click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page.

Create Your Password

When you make a Verified by Visa purchase, you will be asked for your password. Once you've registered remember to record your password in a safe place. If you lose it you will need to contact a customer service representative. Please click the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the screen if you need contact information.

Enter your password of 4-12 characters below. You may use letters, numbers, symbols or any combination of these. Do not use spaces. Please note that your Password and Secret Question Answer are case sensitive.

Secret Question and Answer

Now select a secret question and answer. Enter information that will help you remember your password if you forget it or key it incorrectly during the Verified by Visa purchase. Do not include your password in your hint and do not include any clues that someone else would be able to figure out. You can select a secret question from the drop down menu or create one of your own.

Personal Message

As yet another security measure, we ask you to supply a Personal Message. Your Personal Message appears in the password window during online shopping, giving you added assurance that this is an authentic Verified by Visa window. (No symbols can be used.) If this card is held jointly, all the Personal Messages will be displayed at the same time when shopping at a participating merchant.
